5 / 5

All 5 are working. When a better home appears, the weakest is traded in for it automatically.

€1460 71 m² 2 beds

Requested, but the home was already full — you are a reserve. It is kept because a reserve still wins if their first choice walks away, and it is the first slot given up when a home you could win outright appears.

What the score means

Every home gets a score out of 100, and your 5 requests are always held by the highest scorers. When a better home appears, the weakest is traded in for it.

Can it still be won0–55
By far the biggest part — and on Vesteda it comes down to age. The portal won't tell you a home is full until you've already applied, and in this budget every affordable home carries the "many requests" warning, so that warning can't tell them apart. What can is how new a home is: an older one is, in practice, already full. So a freshly listed home scores high (the moment it can still be won), a home we hold that came back a reserve is kept but ranked low, and an old "for rent" home is treated as most likely full — worth a slot only if one is otherwise sitting idle.
How fresh0–25
Within that, the newest homes rank first — a home listed an hour ago over one listed yesterday. Measured from when we first saw it, never Vesteda's own "new" badge, which is stamped identically on every listing.
How good a home0–20
Space, then room under your rent ceiling, then a second bedroom. This only separates homes you could actually get — it never lets an old, likely-full home jump one you hold.
